i mean, if your body’s tendency to protect its organs and its homeostatic/homeodynamic state means that it resists the loss of fat in the torso and readily regains weight in that area, but you keep trying to “target” fat there anyway, who is the stubborn and uncooperative one? your body’s goal is survival… what’s yours?
